The ruggedness and complexity of the Glyderau offer something different for the regular hillwalker. There are options to try scrambling along some of the more popular routes found on Tryfan or Glyder Fawr or you can opt for a challenging day's walk combining different peaks such as Elidir Fawr and Y Garn. The Glyderau can provide stunning views over to Snowdon, the Carneddau and down to Nant Ffrancon but they can also be difficult to navigate so your guide will look after this whilst you enjoy the unique experience of travelling over these ancient rocks.

Starting at Llyn Ogwen we make our way up and into the heart of the Glyderau via our chosen route.
The exact route will depend on the weather on the day but we can access the higher ground via some Grade 1 scrambling where a head for heights and sure footing is required or we can head upwards via the many walking routes available.
The cost is an inclusive day rate which means when you book, it is exclusively booked for you alone or for you and up to 7 additional members of your group. This means unlike other companies, we won't cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers. We keep our ratios low so that you get a personal, quality experience and whether you are a solo traveller or you bring some friends along, we'll make sure that you are looked after. We hold the Eryri Gold Ambassador Award and are a Snowdon Visit Specialist which means we have invested time and effort in improving our knowledge so that you get a first class experience.
Please contact us for private guiding days and larger group discounts. We offer these walks through summer and winter and we can arrange a date to suit you.
Note: All our staff are qualified, knowledgeable and will always strive to give you the best experience coupled with ensuring your safety.
All timings on the mountain are approximate.
Full details will be sent upon receipt of your booking form and payment.

I was impressed by the geology of the Glyderau which Steve described in detail as we walked. Thank you!
The weather was terrible but Steve made up for it with his enthusiasm and coaching as well as his local knowledge. Will book again.
