Covid-19 training (03/07/2020)

Covid-19 training

During lock down, many of us have adapted to the "new" normal and are living our lives whilst still aware of the presence of the virus.
As part of our preparations for getting back to work, we have adapted much of our business structure including:

  • Updating our risk assessments and method statements
  • Updating our course paperwork including the medical and consent forms and kit lists
  • Introduced hygiene processes for the use of vehicles
  • Adapted our teaching methods
  • Introduced simple and reasonable requirements for delivery of courses
  • Staff updates for our processes and management changes through an updated induction process
  • Reduced our course ratios to a maximum of 1 instructor for 4 clients for the foreseeable future
  • Received training in mental health by MIND
  • Received training in Covid19 hygiene by the WHO

We've maintained our flexibility and reacted as and when official guidelines have changed whilst adhering to and respecting local restrictions such as the lock down areas of the Snowdonia National Park.
We are very much a local business, one which is embedded in local communities with strong social and business links throughout North Wales. Therefore, maintaining good relationships with our partners and friends is important and hopefully the measures we have put in place demonstrate our professional approach to their safety as well as to our clients.

Stay safe and we wish you and your families the best of health
