Keeping busy!

We hope you, your family and friends are staying safe and well. As the weeks pass by it's natural for us all to perhaps run out of activities to keep us occupied and engaged so we thought we'd share some ideas and suggestions that have links to nature and wildlife, that may re-energise you for the coming weeks!

The last 6 weeks have seen a vast amount of old and new resources appearing online to keep us amused! Here at Aim Higher we've been improving our connection with nature and wildlife by building bird boxes, bat boxes, small ponds, a larger pond, hedgehog homes and trying to identify birds, flowers and butterflies. We've also been refreshing our bushcraft and campcraft skills (including eating marshmallows!). We've used recycled materials that were lying around and kept waste to a minimum. Here are some sites where we found inspiration, although there are many more!!
